This Week's BLLA Commentary

Surveying the boutique community

Each year, we survey the boutique and independent hotel community to better understand the needs of the sector we represent. This survey, although brief, is a comprehensive look at the direction in which our industry is moving. Believe us when we say it is moving at a rapid rate. Every single day there are new developments that effect our businesses. Whether it be technological developments, changes in political climate, changes in physical climate, mergers, splits, or anything in-between, there are a plethora of factors that affect hotel operations. With the knowledge we gain through our annual survey, we continually arm the hoteliers and properties we represent with the knowledge they’ll need to broaden their influence and maintain success.

Our 2017 Sentiment Survey is still being shared daily by industry outlets. This invaluable information only aids our niche sector in its pursuits of success. Decision makers, executives, and inventive entrepreneurs would do well to join BLLA, ensuring their voice as an industry leader is heard. There is something to be said about the person who creates the splash, not the one who rides the wave.

The 2018 Boutique Hotel Sentiment Survey is now open (for 30 days only). All respondents will be eligible to win one of two complimentary registrations ($1,695 value) to the June 6th Boutique Hotel Investment Conference in New York - NEXT GEN BOUTIQUE MONEY. Access the survey here: https://www.cvent.com/d/gtqfbn

We will see you next in New York to push our beloved boutique family into the future once more! Register now.
