Every BLLA Vendor Member is hand-selected by the partners of the association to ensure they meet the standards for boutique hotels and concepts.

Are there different levels of membership

Yes, we have two levels of membership
-Base Membership ($995 Annually)
-Premier Membership ($2,745 Annually).

How are vendor members selected?

BLLA looks into each vendor’s website, social sites, reviews and application to see if they qualify to work with boutique hotels and concepts.

I just became a BLLA Member and I don't see my listing online. Why?

It will take the BLLA team 14 business days to input the content after it has been uploaded to the application fo

How do I update my profile details?

Members get 2 complimentary revisions to their profile yearly. If you haven’t uploaded any details yet, you can put in a request form here. For revisions, please email to request. All additional revisions will incur a $50 fee. 

How do I subscribe to BLLA newsletters?

Please subscribe to our newsletters at this page. 

When will I hear from BLLA?

There is a bi-monthly Member Community newsletter that will be published the first and third Monday of the month.

BLLA publishes two public newsletters a week, one on Wednesday and one on Sunday. 

As a new member, you will automatically be subscribed to our six month training course on tips and tricks to having a successful membership journey with BLLA. 

Are annual renewals automatic?

No, you will have a choice at the end of your 12 month membership program to renew. 

What is the cancellation policy?

While the annual membership fee to BLLA Membership is nonrefundable, you’ll be able to remove your brand’s profile page from The Directory by notifying the team via email.
