Taste and Theory, led by our VP of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef, have decades of experience in restaurant development, menu concepting, branding, design and décor, and operational management across our portfolio of lifestyle hotels and resorts. Our culinary team specializes in creating unique, innovative, and approachable dining spaces that eschew fleeting trends resulting in restaurants that stand the test of time.
The Evolution Hospitality team worked together for many years at Tarsadia Hotels before spinning off as a separate company in 2011. Tarsadia, a family-owned hotel investment group, spared no expense to drive portfolio performance to ensure lucrative exits.
