Travel Outlook Premium Hotel Call Center

Travel Outlook is the premium hospitality voice service for the hospitality industry. We’re a pure hospitality company that takes reservations calls – not a general call center with a handful of hospitality clients. Our service is quite affordable and offers savings over maintaining an in-house reservations department. We increase top line revenue and improve communication between you and your guests. We work with many Forbes Five Star properties, and our valued clients include The Irvine Company, Viceroy Hotel Group, Pacific Hospitality Group, Highgate Hotels, and Columbia Hospitality. Our progressive approach to the voice channel includes several proprietary tools to provide transparency and measure performance. Virtual Observer is our quality management platform that incorporates video screen scraping in addition to an audio recording of all interactions. Clearview provides live visibility of critical KPIs such as time-to-answer, abandoned calls, and call length. The system operates in real-time, and can appear continuously on a flat screen on an office wall. Our Guest Lead Seeker CRM will significantly increase transient revenue. Using this system, we may gain a second chance to book a reservation, by following up with potential guests who do not book on an initial call – our agents can follow up to book the reservation. We have a robust and seasoned team of customer care associates, each with significant hospitality experience. They are poised to address any client concerns that may arise, and to assist our agents in real time if they have questions during a call.

Our company only works with independent hotels, and the word “boutique” practically defines the independent hotel segment, and also defines the independent hotel spirit.
