With more than 25 years of experience across luxury hotels, destination resorts, and restaurant-driven hospitality environments, she is known for leading with compassion, purpose, and accountability. A Las Vegas native, she has delivered results in high-end properties from Denver to Boston, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maui, and Aspen.

Over the last three years, Stacy served as Director of Global Luxury Recruitment for a top hospitality search agency, specializing in executive placements across ultra-luxury properties, lifestyle hotels, acclaimed culinary concepts, and private client environments. Her work is grounded in deep on-property expertise and a clear understanding of what drives exceptional guest experience, strong culture, and high performance.

Stacy’s career reflects nationwide success in full-service luxury hospitality under all economic circumstances, with a reputation for building creative, inspired teams and strengthening community impact through meaningful partnerships.

She lives on the Western Slope of Colorado near Vail, with her wife and their three dogs, birdwatching, writing, cooking, and baking sourdough.
