Damien del Rio
Principal Owner, Sauced
Damien Del Rio is the Founder of Savoir & Service, a hospitality management and creative development company focused on building culturally driven food, beverage, and lifestyle concepts.
Raised in Brooklyn, Damien spent more than a decade in commercial real estate, working alongside hospitality operators, retailers, and international brands entering the New York market. That experience shaped his belief that hospitality spaces should serve as more than businesses, acting as cultural infrastructure for the communities around them.
In 2014, he helped launch Loosie Rouge in Williamsburg, a neighborhood bar that became a fixture of Brooklyn's hospitality scene. He later founded SAUCED, a hospitality platform built around the intersection of wine, food, music, and cultural programming. What began as a single wine bar in Williamsburg has since expanded into a multi-market brand known for its community-driven approach to hospitality and its ability to bring people together through shared experiences.
Today, through Savoir & Service and SAUCED, Damien oversees hospitality concepts, experiential programming, culinary collaborations, and creative partnerships across multiple markets. His work explores the intersection of hospitality, culture, design, and real estate, with a focus on creating spaces that feel both locally rooted and culturally relevant.
