Sherene Fuller has spent more than 20 years building a career in London’s hospitality and nightlife scene. Her journey began with a part-time role at The Penthouse nightclub in Leicester Square, where she quickly developed a passion for the industry and the energy of creating memorable guest experiences.
Since then, Sherene has worked at some of the capital’s most notable venues. She was part of the opening team at Gilgamesh Restaurant in Camden before spending six years at celebrity hotspot Zuma, gaining extensive experience in high-end hospitality and developing a strong understanding of what keeps guests coming back.
Today, Sherene is part of Concept Venues, the group behind Karma Sanctum Soho and Sanctum on the Green. In 2023, she launched Karma Sanctum Soho’s first-ever membership scheme, which has since grown to more than 1,000 members. The achievement reflects her ability to build lasting relationships and create a genuine sense of community around a hospitality brand.
At the heart of Sherene’s approach is a belief in highly personalised service. Rather than keeping hospitality at arm’s length, she remains closely connected to guests and can often be found chatting with them and getting to know the people who return to the property. Her hands-on approach, combined with decades of experience across London’s restaurant, nightlife, and hotel scene, continues to shape the guest experience at Sanctum.
