As Chief Commercial Officer, Ernest Lee is responsible for leading the global revenue, sales, marketing, growth, and customer service teams at citizenM. Based in New York City, Ernest has a wide range of business experience in sales, marketing, revenue management, investments, real estate, finance, and operations and is known for guiding the complex, multi-regional expansion of citizenM’s North American portfolio. His prior roles at citizenM include serving as Chief Growth Officer and as Managing Director for the Americas.
