Spenser Apramian
VP, Investments, Bridgeton
Spenser Apramian invests in and develops luxury destinations with a focus on community, sustainability, and wellness. He holds a B.S. in Neurobiology with Honors from Stanford and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Spenser began his career at LVMH, where he helped build Kendo Brands and launch Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, now valued at over $2.8 billion. He later served as Director of the Segerstrom Family Office, owner and developer of South Coast Plaza, the highest-grossing luxury shopping destination in the US, where he drove strategic real estate growth in the portfolio, including its $2 billion mixed-use master plan. He then joined Broadreach Capital as VP of Strategy, focused on the firm's acquisition of Robert Redford's 5,000-acre Sundance Resort. Today, Spenser is VP of Investments at Bridgeton Holdings, a vertically integrated hospitality group with over $2 billion in AUM, where he leads new acquisitions for the hospitality portfolio. During his tenure, Bridgeton has acquired and developed over $200 million in new hospitality assets.
