We specialize in business succession and exit planning, estate planning, and estate tax mitigation for closely held businesses. Individually, each of us came to this work after witnessing what happens when planning is delayed—and what becomes possible when it’s done right.

We’ve seen family-owned hotels forced to sell under pressure because estate taxes weren’t anticipated.

We’ve seen owners work seven days a week for decades, only to realize too late that they had no leverage when it was time to exit.

And we’ve seen the relief that comes when a business owner finally knows: my family is protected, my business is transferrable, and my values will outlive my involvement.
