NEW PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP CLUB SEVEN24 COLLECTIVE DEBUTS IN NEW YORK CITY

Located in the Iconic Meatpacking District, Seven24 Collective Features New Rooftop Culinary & Cocktail Concepts, including a 1970s-Inspired Cocktail Lounge, Café, Study, and a Pool with Panoramic Views of the Hudson River.

Seven24 Collective announced today the debut of its first location in the iconic and reimagined Gansevoort Meatpacking hotel. Offering an elevated membership experience, Seven24 Collective is an urban oasis with world-class amenities. Its private and luxurious environment encourages members to connect, entertain, work, dine and relax. From early mornings at the brand-new fitness center to late-night karaoke sessions at the 1970s-inspired cocktail lounge, Dimes Only, members’ experiences will be seamless and custom-tailored. Members can enjoy an early morning Italian espresso in the Café, the infrared sauna in the fitness center, and host a meeting in The Study, a modern workspace that transitions into a vibrant lounge in the evening. Chef Sebastien Chaoui, who previously worked at Le Petite Mason and Buddha Bar, will lead the culinary program at all of the membership club spaces.

The newly transformed rooftop stands out as the property’s crown jewel, featuring the Eden cocktail bar, the Loft dining room and event space, the omakase restaurant Saishin, and the remarkable 45-foot heated pool with panoramic views of New York City.

We’ve carefully crafted an exclusive experience and haven for our members that sets it apart from any other club globally. The assembly of diverse leaders from the realms of art, technology, fashion, and business will form the quintessential social and professional community,” says club founders Michael Achenbaum and Sean Largotta.

Seven24 Collective’s thoughtfully curated events will offer compelling art exhibitions, connections with industry pioneers through exclusive masterclasses, culinary tastings with acclaimed chefs, and insightful discussions that broaden each member’s cultural horizons.

Seven24 Collective at the Gansevoort Meatpacking is the first location announced by its founders. Additional locations will be announced in early 2024 including a Hudson Valley outpost offering a luxurious countryside retreat, as well as properties in both the United States and Europe.  

Victor Alfaro, a renowned fashion and interior designer, is the lead designer at Seven24 Collective. “When Sean and Michael came to me with the idea to collaborate, I was inspired to design not only the spaces, but to envision a member’s experience from early in the morning until late at night. The goal has been to engage a member both visually and experientially, feeling that they have flowed through a classic New York day without ever leaving the building,” says Alfaro.

The Café – The Café embodies the concept of a cozy beachside café in Malibu. Behind dramatic Brazilian Ipe doors are marble mosaic floors, teal striped banquettes, and surfside inspired art. The Café is the perfect setting for a light breakfast and a morning meeting before heading downstairs to work out or upstairs for a swim. The light tones and splashes of color allow one to effortlessly settle into their day.

The Study – The Study is Seven24 Collective’s sophisticated members-only workspace that seamlessly transitions into a dynamic bar and lounge as the evening unfolds. The red lacquered wood paneling and chevron hardwood floors evoke recollections of an afternoon previously experienced in a London members club. Featuring an elegant design, while incorporating state-of-the-art audio/visual technology, The Study serves as a hub for professionals seeking a productive work environment and is available for intimate meetings. Members are encouraged to network and collaborate with peers from diverse backgrounds and industries. As dusk descends, the Murano glass chandelier and sconces dim, and the atmosphere transforms, as talented bartenders expertly craft inventive cocktails. The Study, the focal point of much of the Club’s programming, thrives as a vibrant social setting fostering a sense of unity and inspiration among its esteemed members.

Dimes Only – Dimes Only is a 70’s-inspired high-energy cocktail lounge, where nostalgia reigns supreme. The essence of a bygone era comes alive in every sip and vintage tune. Delve further into this hidden paradise, and you’ll discover two state-of-the- art bowling alleys, inviting you to engage in friendly competition. Unleash your inner rock star within the Karaoke lounge, where an extensive selection of songs awaits your melodic prowess, fueling unforgettable moments of uninhibited self-expression. A striking bar anchors the space with a reflective gold tile front, an amber onyx underlit countertop, and a brass infused poured-in-place gold terrazzo floor.  A highlight of the room is a work of art by Daniel Mazzone titled “The Woman In Disco,” an interpretation of Gustav Klimt’s “The Woman in Gold.”

Health & Wellness – Immerse yourself in the opulent oasis of Seven24 Collective’s state-of-the-art fitness center, designed to help you achieve optimal health and well-being. Fitness instructors and personal trainers are available upon request to provide customized programs to meet members’ unique needs. The most advanced cardio and strength training equipment fill the 3,000 square foot gym and wellness center to ensure the most efficient and effective workout and wind-down. The wellness space includes meticulously crafted locker rooms, spacious showers, and an infrared sauna perfect for a rejuvenating heat session. Additionally, a variety of wellness offerings including vitamin IV therapy, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, non-invasive fat reduction treatments, non-invasive body contouring and hair loss treatments will be curated by renowned Medical Director Dr. Jane K. Kim.

Newly Transformed Indoor/Outdoor Rooftop

Eden

Eden is the ultimate city escape which seamlessly merges with the iconic rooftop pool. Inspired by co-founders Michael Achenbaum and Sean Largotta’s trips to Southern Europe, the newly transformed spacefeatures a retractable glass roof enclosure and sliding walls, a brass-framed blue onyx-topped cocktail bar, stylish custom patterned lounge seating, Moroccan tiled floors, and an outdoor terrace with stunning Hudson River and city views. A custom ornate Italian fresco filled with surreal forbidden fruit trees and wisteria motifs welcomes the outdoors in. Like all of the membership club spaces, the menu has been created by Chef Carlos Letona.  Hired specifically to elevate the food offerings for the Seven24 members, Chef Letona has previously spent time in the kitchens of Per Se, The French Laundry and most recently as the Executive Chef of the One Hotel Brooklyn.  The bar and dining room’s menu features coastal European ingredients, fresh light bites, and a cocktail menu crafted to perfection. Guests can enjoy signature dishes, including a lemon-crusted Branzino, Chakchoucka Salad, and Shrimp Pil Pil, as well cocktails like “The Rooftop Spritz,” an elevated take on the Aperol spritz featuring Gin and notes of Valencia orange, or the “Sicilian Sangria” based with a Montepulciano and sweetened by Limoncello.  Favoring the sounds of an evening in Ibiza or Tulum, Eden is the perfect setting for a leisurely lunch or sunset aperitivo.

Rooftop Pool

The rooftop pool is the crown jewel of the building, where members can relax and soak up the sun while enjoying panoramic views of the city and Hudson River. The 45-foot heated pool overlooking NYC is open year-round. Custom lounge daybeds and poolside service is available for all-day snacks and refreshing cocktails while enjoying 360-degree view of Manhattan from fifteen stories in the air. 

Saishin

Experience Saishin – “something new.” The rooftop sushi and omakase restaurant, where members receive preferred seating and exclusive pricing, is set to the backdrop of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River. Honoring traditional Japanese cuisine and led by sushi chefs Joseph Liu (formerly of two Michelin star restaurant, Sushi Ginza) and Isaac Kek, each guest is guided through an interactive, personalized experience. Saishin is rooted in omakase sushi and Kaiseki tradition with mindful sourcing, seasonality & quality being the guideposts of the experience. The restaurant is a glass jewel box in the sky. Saishin features a hand-painted koi pond mural, both indoor and outdoor dining options (including operable exterior walls), and a fifteen-seat private dining room.  The chefs have also created a menu of rare sakes and Japanese whiskeys that can be personally paired with the sushi offerings.
