With over 25 years of experience in real estate and hospitality development and operations, I am the co-owner and CEO of Vertice Hospitality Management, the company that developed and operates Singlethread Farm Restaurant and Inn, a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, 24 acre farm, and 5-room boutique hotel in Healdsburg, California. We've now aquired additional sites in Healdsburg to expand and develop additional peak hospitality experiences for a wider range of guests and to provide our team, guests, residents and investors a comprehensive SingleThread hospitality and living experience. I am an expert in hospitality operations and real estate development. I have been involved in real estate transactions with a total value over $1 billion, including the world's largest private real estate development project, Hudson Yards, where I was the VP of finance and development. I am also an angel investor and a general partner of 7 real estate LLCs.
