BLLA: What is the mission statement of your company?

SD: “NexGen Guest helps hotels better connect with their guests with our powerful journey marketing tool, AKA Ultimate Mobile Compendium.”

BLLA: Why are you excited to be a member of BLLA?

SD: “We at NexGen Guest find BLLA a great organization, bringing topical industry info, trends, and perspectives.”

BLLA: How do you help boutique hotels thrive?

SD: “NexGen Guest offers guest facing technology to boutique hotels that don’t have the resources to create on their own.

BLLA: What have been some of your favorite boutique hotels to work with?

SD: “We love all our Boutique clients, but I personally really love The Post Ranch (in Big Sur, California) – A great client and a great place to go.”

BLLA: Where do you see this niche headed in the future?

SD: “We at NexGen Guest see building more powerful tools for the boutique industry.”

BLLA: Why do you believe boutique hoteliers are more open-minded than traditional hoteliers?

SD: “Less people involved in making a decision.”

BLLA: Why do you believe in the boutique movement?

SD: “People want to have a more intimate experience when traveling > no one wants to stay somewhere teaming with people.
