Taking care of people; it’s at the core of who we are and what we love doing most. That means caring for our guests, our fellow team members and our neighbors right here in Santa Barbara.
Hotel Santa Barbara recently made a donation of personal hygiene products and blankets to Dignity Moves, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending street homelessness in Santa Barbara. Our staff provided nearly 1,000 units of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion, and 70 blankets to be used by those in interim supportive housing communities, as well as those utilizing the group’s walk-in services.
“This is just a small way our team can play a role in reducing the number of homeless in our own backyard,” said Chris Cline, general manager of Hotel Santa Barbara. “We take pride in what we do, and we take pride in this city and we’re happy to provide these donations to those who need it most in our community.”
