Hotel Kazbek Dubrovnik

BLLA: Why are you proud to be independent in boutique?

HKD: “What makes us proud to be independent in boutique is that we have the opportunity to create a place and atmosphere for our guests who tell us every time that they have a feeling of staying in the house of their good friend.”

“The true boutique experience embraces unique design, intimate laid-back atmosphere, personal approach and in our case additionally historical background. But what is most important about boutique is that you make your guests say that staying with you feels like a visit to a good friend. And that they keep returning…”

– Pave Miloglav, Hotel Manager, Hotel Kazbek Dubrovnik

BLLA: If a traveler had 24 hours at your hotel, what would you suggest they do?

HKD: “Full a la carte breakfast on the beautiful courtyard terrace catching first morning sun rays. A few steps walk to nearby marina and private speed boat transfer to Dubrovnik Old Town. The view to the impressive City Walls and arrival by boat to the old port by boat is a unique experience. A tour through the Old town with a private guide including city walls. Return to the hotel, sunbathing and relaxing at the private pool area with a light lunch. Cable car drive to the hill Srdj to enjoy a spectacular view to Dubrovnik and sunset. Dinner in Dubrovnik Old Town.”

BLLA: Why are you proud to be independent in boutique?

MWHW: “Passion and talent to create nothing less than the best has always been the trademark of the Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery. It is our firm belief that our goal can be reached exactly by being independent – at liberty to follow our philosophy at our own pace, and by being a boutique hotel – enabling us to truly dedicate ourselves to each guest and to make each experience remarkable and completely personalized.”

“Boutique for us means exceptional – and that is exactly what the Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery is aiming towards ever since the first day. This unique high-end resort that is inimitably grounded in the specific Istrian lifestyle and architecture, stands for serenity, privacy, sense of chosen seclusion from the rest of the world, connection with nature, superb wine, and olive oil, superior gastronomy, a blend of tradition and elegance. This is our interpretation of boutique and a way of living that we are immensely proud of.”

– Sandra Juric, Director of Sales & Marketing, Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery

BLLA: If a traveler had 24 hours at your hotel, what would you suggest they do?

MWHW: “Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery offers numerous unique services and experiences. One version of a perfect day would include a short bike ride through our vineyards down to our private beach area where a picnic basket would be waiting for you. After enjoying a casual meal with our awarded estate wine and relaxing in the turquoise Adriatic sea, you should try one of our signature spa treatments with olive oil produced at the estate. After the revigorating spa experience, we will set up a private table under a hundred-year-old tree and breathtaking starlight, and let you enjoy all the delicacies of our restaurant recommended by the Michelin guide. Your morning should be reserved for a long and lazy breakfast, followed by a refreshing summer cocktail at our pool surrounded by Meneghetti vineyards. By then you will unquestionably decide to stay with us for at least another night.”
