Nuvola, developers of hotel optimization and guest engagement software, joins the Boutique & Lifestyle Association (BLLA) to provide members with digital solutions designed to fit the wide-array of needs of independent hoteliers. Members of the specialized group can now access the tech provider’s newly developed COVID-19 cleanliness solutions through Nuvola’s StayClean Initiative.

The StayClean Initiative provides two mobile-friendly products in one module with unlimited users, and 24/7 support access to the Nuvola Customer Success team. StayClean has been available since June of this year, and currently has over 200 hotels that have signed up to gain access. BLLA members can now take advantage of deploying both products free through the end of 2020.

Checklists, a customizable solution that can accommodate the needs of any property, streamlines a hotel’s standard operating procedures (SOP) related to new safety protocols, hygiene requirements, security measures; and of course, guest room and common area inspections. Accessible via mobile or desktop, hotels can select a preexisting list provided by Nuvola, upload any checklist from a certified source, or create a new list based on their management group or hotels’ specific needs. Nuvola’s second product, Checkpoints, enables hotels to operate with limited staff by automating sanitization schedules, tracking cleanings, and ensuring high touch point surface areas are being maintained based on new CDC guidelines and hygiene protocols.
