Gary Pearl

Gary Pearl is Senior Vice President at AETHOS Consulting Group, based in New York.

As founding partner of Seak International (now part of AETHOS), Gary supported clients across retail, financial services, consumer goods, and the public sector on executive search, team development and training, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and aligning employee actions with annual business plans.

Before Seak, he spent twenty years in corporate HR, including directing global HR initiatives as SVP of HR and a member of the Executive Committee for an international manufacturer of household, personal care, and DIY products, with earlier HR roles in retail.

Gary holds a master's degree from Columbia University and has served on the Board of Governors for Ramapo College.
