Kara Cole

Kara Adelle Ritter Cole is a Shareholder at Littler Mendelson, based in the firm's San Diego office. Her practice focuses on employment law counseling and litigation defense for public and private employers, defending against claims of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, breach of contract, and related claims at the federal, state, and administrative level. She also defends employers against individual, class, and PAGA wage-and-hour claims, and has worked alongside trial partners on cases in Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts that resulted in complete defense verdicts for her clients.

She holds a J.D. from California Western School of Law (magna cum laude, 2015) and a B.A. from UCLA (2007), and is admitted to practice in California and before several federal district courts.
