Luca Franco is Group CEO and Founder of Luxury Frontiers, a globally recognized leader in luxury experiential hospitality who pioneers transformative travel experiences blending luxury with nature. With more than 30 years in hospitality investment and real estate development, he founded Luxury Frontiers in 2011 after identifying a gap in the market: experiential lodging concepts like tented camps and treetop suites were, in his words, "overwhelmingly small and fragmented" relative to the fast-growing demand for adventure and experiential travel among luxury travelers.

Under his direction, Luxury Frontiers has developed award-winning eco-lodges, tented camps, and nature-based resorts across six continents, with an emphasis on sustainability, authenticity, and innovation. He has built strategic partnerships with major global hospitality brands including Four Seasons, Aman, Ritz-Carlton, and Six Senses, establishing the company as a trusted partner for high-value, sustainable hospitality initiatives. A vocal advocate for regenerative tourism, Franco shapes projects that restore ecosystems, honor cultural heritage, and reimagine luxury's relationship with nature. He has lived in 10 countries and traveled to more than 100 destinations, and describes himself as "a serial adventure traveler."
