The official association to the world’s verified and authenticated boutique hotels and businesses, BLLA ((the Boutique Lifestyle Leaders Association), is proud to announce their inaugural list of leaders who make up what the group calls the ‘boutique lifestyle.’ This phrase, coined by BLLA a few years ago, is a statement that describes the meaning and definition of living authentically within the hospitality industry at large. This descriptor oozes through every inch of the everyday life of these individuals and the businesses they design and run.

“You will see more references to the boutique lifestyle in hospitality than ever before,” stated Frances Kiradjian, Founder & CEO of BLLA. “It is undeniable that to be included in this Club is an honor that represents a fast emerging practice of hoteliers and retail business owners throughout the world. We believe the boutique lifestyle is becoming an industry of its own which we announced back in 2017. We expect to see this change happening rapidly, particularly as we emerge from this special time in history. We’re proud to be the leaders of this segment of entrepreneurial creators.”

These pioneers in the boutique community tailor their properties and businesses to each unique geographic locale, and often to the specifics of the individual neighborhoods they are located in within a city. They take daring steps to ensure personalized services live up to the expectations of their boutique-loving customers. 

BLLA’s membership elevates the voice of hoteliers in the boutique sphere. This long climb to legitimacy has become preferred by today’s travelers and real estate investors and developers. It also now includes those other verticals the association has been touting for a few years including artisan coffee brewers, artists, spa and fitness outlets, independent retailers, restaurants and bars who all work cohesively to push the boutique lifestyle forward. BLLA’s very own COO, Ariela Kiradjian, will tell you that “a boutique business is a provider of an experience that you can’t get anywhere else. It’s much more than just design or programmatic methodology. It almost comes down to the soul of the business and how the customer connects to it.”
