BLLA: What is the mission statement of your company?

BLLA: Where do you see this niche headed in the future?

Cloud5: “In the near term, we anticipate guests will demonstrate a heightened appreciation for boutique properties as they return to travel post-pandemic and seek out more bespoke experiences. To keep pace with this, the boutique industry needs to continue to leverage new technology to personalize and cater to the needs of the individual guest and guarantee positive guest experiences. There are also staffing shortages to consider. As travelers return, boutique providers need to seek out ways to automate or outsource some guest interactions to ensure that needs are being met efficiently, bookings stay on track, and guests have positive experiences.”
